R. Allen Wyke, Founder

Principle consultant and founder of the Ripple Group, Allen has built and ran development, quality assurance, documentation, technical support, professional services, and information systems teams within multiple commercial software companies. He has served in C-level positions in these organizations, participated in mergers and acquisitions, and has been involved in Web-based applications and Internet-related functions and standards development for the past decade.

He co-founded and initially chaired the Emergency Management Technical Committee at OASIS, participated on the P3P Working Group at the W3C, the CPExchange group at IDEAlliance, and worked on an early online advertising integration standards effort, adXML. He has been fortunate enough to work with groups and committees that not only help make the Internet work from a technical standpoint, but also function as a platform on which a business can function and thrive.

His experience has taken him through the ins-and-outs of online and digital advertising and marketing through environmental, health, safety, and disaster management and into enterprise document and business process automation. With these real-world experiences as a backdrop, he has written a dozen books, numerous articles, and a training video on various standards, Internet technologies, and programming languages such as XML, XHTML, JavaScript, .NET, and Perl.

Allen, also he has worked with, consulted, or provided pro-bono time to help various startup software companies understand how to survive and thrive in the chaotic and unpredictable circumstances they live in. He is able to provide experience, insight, and both strategic and functional vision into the development of products, while continuing to roll up his sleeves and not only speak about what needs to happen, but also help execute. Jack Mayhue, MCSE

A seasoned IT and technical support professional with proven expertise in information technology, Healthcare, eCommerce, and systems management, Jack has significant product management experience. He has ran large software deployment organizations, was a key player in creating internationally-based support organizations, and has held a broad range of hands-on technical and managerial positions. He has worked to build loyal, motivated, and successful teams, and has led projects that exceeded goals and expectations as a result.

For more than 10 years, he has gained a solid reputation among executives, colleagues and customers alike with a rare balance of strategic insight, operational expertise, hands-on technological and financial skills, solid performance and sales and marketing savvy. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) with proficiency in many platforms, networks, communication, document management, Internet, eCommerce, and large-scale SAN/NAS systems, as well as multi-dimensional database environments.

Jack holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.

Skip Matheny

Looking for a creative way to use his talents and to help others, Skip sat down and taught himself Web-design in early 2000. Starting with cCD packaging, t-shirt, logo, and ad design he quickly developed a client base and work load that pushed him to learn anything and everything else that could be useful to a budding company with a need for design help. Within no time Skip was designing websites, writing copy, and developing corporate identities for individuals and small business all over the East coast.

In addition to his Web development experience, Skip has served as a technical writer and authored software training manuals for the one of the largest funding groups on the West Coast as well as for Radio IO; one of the top three internet radio stations in the world. He has been a translator and script writer for Cannes Award winning film director, lyrical songsmith for V2 recording artist Roman Candle, a band he co-founded, boasting a Major label release and other co-writes with the likes of Thad Cockrell, Keegan DeWitt, and Caitlin Cary. Skip has received high praise for his lyrical talents form the likes of Paste Magazine, The Boston Globe, Pitchfork Media, and the BBC. Finally, Skip has worked extensively as a sound engineer in Professional studios for the past ten years. Being an artist and musician by trade. he has had the opportunity to work with the highest level of design and audio production equipment. He has also had the opportunity to get creative with the smallest and most limited facilities. This in turn has encouraged Skip to educate himself in even the most unexpected design directions and helped him to develop a business and design approach that is versatile, industrious, flexible, and supremely creative.

Logan Matheny

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Degree in Audio and Video production, Logan has developed marketing tools for one of the largest companies in the cash automation business. With his video and graphic design software experience, he has shot and edited marketing videos, photographed new products for trade show brochures and industry collateral, and documented assembly and service methods for use in training videos.

In addition to his professional design experience, Logan is also a founding member and drummer for national recording artist, Roman Candle.

Timshel Matheny

After graduating from the University of North Carolina in English Literature and Visual Arts, Timshel has continually sought out opportunities to use her design and creative writing abilities. Working through out college as a freelance graphic designer for independent music labels and literary magazines she found herself doing everything from print design, to writing and editing press releases. In early 1998 Timshel co-founded a Womenıs Literary magazine called Shakespeareıs Sister at UNC, for which she was the co-editor in chief. In addition to her multi-faceted design and creative writing experience Timshel Matheny is also a member of V2 recording artist Roman Candle.
